Mercle is being built by a team with the three capabilities this business requires: operating physical verification infrastructure, selling trust-critical software into serious buyers, and productizing a new internet primitive for developer and enterprise adoption.

Prashant combines operational execution with deep exposure to crypto-native product ecosystems.\

Before Mercle, he spent 3 years building a coworking startup across 4 cities, operating 7 centres. That experience is directly relevant to Mercle’s physical deployment model, where operating camera devices and verification infrastructure in real-world locations requires disciplined execution, logistics, and local operations.\

He then spent 5+ years in crypto, including early work at Polygon, where he helped grow the NFT and gaming ecosystem, and later at Consensys Mesh, where he helped design and launch TachyonDAO and worked closely with 30+ crypto-native teams on product-market fit and growth.\

Mercle benefits from that combination. Prashant understands both how to run distributed physical operations and how new internet infrastructure products get adopted from zero to one.

## Akshit

Akshit leads Mercle’s product and systems architecture.
He is an MIT graduate. His background is especially relevant as Mercle is building a new trust primitive that has to be reliable, observable, maintainable, and usable inside production systems from day one. Akshit has developed broker-orchestrated multi-agent system architecture for enterprise-grade durable workflows designed to be more reliable, easier to observe, easier to build on, and easier to maintain over time.
In recent work, he has built browser-use systems and integrated ONDC into existing ecommerce platforms. He is also currently involved in photorealistic interface systems for personal assistants, which is closely aligned with Mercle’s longer-term view of human-backed agents.
This gives Mercle a CTO who has already worked on turning emerging technical primitives into real B2B product infrastructure that enterprise users can adopt.
